Our Mission Statement
• All our food is vegetarian or vegan, homemade, G.M free and prepared using fresh, seasonal, local/ regional produce.
• We source organic ingredients when possible.
• We aim to make a difference by supporting smaller, more progressive companies and by making better choices about what we buy.
• We sell only fair-trade tea, coffee and cocoa.
• We use minimal biodegradable disposables.
• We use eco friendly cleaning products when permitted.
• We recycle and compost all we can, keeping all waste to a minimum.
• All our electrics are powered by the sun!
