Just wanted to say how delicious all your food was at Beatherder. I ate almost everything I ate at the festival from you, and found every mouthful divine. Particularly yummy was the chilli with all the little side bits - attention to detail is the key. Hope to see you at more festivals and events :)
Bagged myself a couple of Kofta this weekend - scrummy as always!!
You girls were too busy for my liking but I guess this means there are plenty more people out there who have tasted the crunchy salad / Kofta Pitta sensation. I'll be back next year.
I tried my first Roots and Shoots Kofta at Lounge on the Farm in 2007, it was every kind of amazing!
Ellie and Danni are super-clever in the kitchen and over the years have developed wonderful eats that are GFCF. Ellie I watched you make Kofta that my boy could eat. Ellie and danni really know their food and are a very inspiring partnership that I know I will see go far.....if only to a lil house made of straw
